Or your modern, mid-century or Scandinavian furniture order just might not be quite what you were expecting. We totally get it. That’s why we provide options for returns and exchanges, so you only have furniture you absolutely love!
Returning and Exchanging with Stage Look
We suspend our return and exchange policy for a while. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we don’t accept any refunds and exchange. Once the items delivered, you won’t be able to return or exchange your items. Safety is a big concern for retailers, particularly when there is still so many unknowns about the virus.
You need the original packaging to make a return or exchange without additional fees. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must pay a $50 repackaging fee per item. We will find a time that’s convenient for both of us, so our team can pick up your items.
Whether you’re returning or exchanging, it’s important that you keep the item in top condition. If your item is damaged in any way, you will not be able to return the item. We inspect every return at our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the item (minus the repackaging fee, if applicable) as long as your modern furniture is still in top condition.
We always take every precaution to ensure your modern furniture is delivered in pristine condition. But, unfortunately, there are still some circumstances where your items might show up damaged. We know that isn’t your fault and you still deserve the high-quality items that you ordered. If your items is damaged upon delivery, simply refuse the item and contact us, and we’ll exchange the damaged item for a new one.
At Stage Look, our warranties cover product defects up to one year after delivery. If you experience problems with your Stage Look item in your first year of ownership, contact us. We can assist with repairs, part replacements, and more.
Our one-year warranty cannot be transferred to other items and does not apply to furniture that has been re-sold. Warranties also do not apply to damage that has been caused by the owner. You must use your purchase for its intended use for the warranty to apply.
