Shipping Information

At Stage Look, we’re committed to giving you a quality experience. Our quality stretches beyond our modern home and office furniture and beyond our seasoned interior design experts. It even applies to our shipping! Here’s what to expect with shipping from Stage Look.

Basic Shipping (Curbside Delivery) for $499

With our basic shipping fee, we will send your modern home furniture to the front door of your building. This is best if you live in a ground-level home and you’re able to get the furniture to the room it’ll live in.

In-Room and Assembly Shipping for $799

If you don’t want to lift a finger, choose in-room and assembly shipping. This option leaves everything to us. We’ll get your furniture inside to the appropriate room and even assemble it. If you don’t have the time (or toolbox) to assemble furniture, this is the best choice! Keep in mind that our delivery team will not remove packaging or return items for exchanges.

Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.

If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, you will be charged depending on the location, so please contact us to find out about the exact fee.

Delivery Scheduling

Small items can be delivered via a courier service such as Fedex or UPS. Stage Look will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your order. If you buy large pieces of furniture or something that requires in-room and assembly, you must schedule the delivery. Our courier service will contact you with scheduling once your item leaves our warehouse. We offer a wide variety of scheduling options if your items are being sent to a metro or suburban area. But if you live in a more rural location, you will need to schedule the delivery in the 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. window.

Exchanges and Repackaging

We suspend our return and exchange policy for a while. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we don’t accept any refunds and exchange. Once the items delivered, you won’t be able to return or exchange your items. Safety is a big concern for retailers, particularly when there is still so many unknowns about the virus.
